Sibyullee just launched its UNLIMITED KOREAN BBQ PROMO last April 29. Enjoy 12 kinds of quality pork, beef and chicken plus unlimited Pajeon, gimbap and cheese too
Talk about VALUE FOR MONEY. The quality of the protein were outstanding for its price. I have been to other Kbbq outlet and their meats left much to be desired. Some restos do not have beef or chicken in their choices of protein while Sibyullee have all kinds except for the seafood. There were only 5 side dishes though . My favorite was the kimchi.
Overall, this is my dream Korean Bbq feast. STUFFED was the word that came to mind and so was FOOD COMA.
I loved the quality of the meat. The service was outstanding. The ambiance was bright and vibrant , conducive to happy eating. The price for lunch at P499 is value for money.
There were only a few banchan but they were unlimited too. So I can not complain.
Definitely returning with the piggery in tow
SIBYULLEE is located at the ground floor Ayala Mall the 30th.

June 2017
Took advantage of the holiday to revisit Sibyulee this time with the family. We were 7 all in all including the 81 year old grandpa. The piggery aka our kiddoes absolutely loved the following :
Signature combo set 1: 200 g USDA beef belly, 200 g pork belly, 200 g marinated chicken. Meat were tender, juicy and flavorful. Happy carnivore piggery😀
Hweori Gamja Tornado Potato P155 : Cheap and satisfying! Wiped out in 3 secs 😂😂😂
Soondbu Chigae P300 : Hot and spicy tofu soup with 3 huge and succulent mussels. Handsome hubby and I absolutely loved how spicy and delicious it was. Can actually feed 2-3
Upjinsal P350: winner!
Maewoon Dak Kangjung P255 : yummy sticky chicken pops
Service: Topnotch aa usual. Our server was Jojo. When there was a bit of a delay in billing , Manager Paola gave us complementary coffee jelly while we wait👍👍👍
Price : Reasonable and sulit

An invitational foodie meet up courtesy of zomato and Sibyullee on their soft opening.
Looking forward to finally tasting the much hyped volcanic kimchi rice and dakgogi cheese bbq.
But first the ambiance.
Can I just say Im bowled over by the bright and airy vibe of the restaurant. It smelled clean and everything looked pristine.
Service: The servers were all smiles and looked sincerely happy to welcome you. Special mention to Benjie and Aileen.I immediately felt right at home ready to enjoy their scrumptious cheese dishes.
What PigOutSundays loved:
1. All their grilled meat were delicious, flavorful and tender. Loved wrapping them in lettuce and munching away.
2. All their banchan especially their kimchi, sweetened peanuts and anchovy. There were 6 side dishes which are refillable
3. Loved their mango banana smoothie , pink lemonade and frozen lychee
What PigOutSundays loved less:
1. Volcanic kimchi rice ( P499 )
Although a delightful feast for the eyes with its wonderful contrasting colors of the yellow cheese against the orange hue of the kimchi rice, it frustrated the palate with its monochromatic and anemic flavors.
2. Dakgogi cheese bbq P620 – beautiful presentation but flavor wise , needs a bit of seasoning and perhaps contrast in texture. The chicken portions had more skin than meat
3. Haemul Pajeon (P380) Seafood Korean pancake with mussels, shrimp and squid – surprised that the pancake had seafood pala. Not evident at all texture or flavor wise. I thought I was munching on oily pancake with lots of onions. Sorry
Happy to note that the gracious and youthful owners Dots, Diana and Donna cared enough to get immediate feedback from us both positive and negative. They just opened less than a month ago and very appreciative of suggestions for further improvement. They also own Sariwon and Soban K town
Definitely coming back😄
