Hard Rock Cafe is back in Makati and opened to grand festivities last February 12 at Glorietta 3.
Following the success of its S Maison pilot branch (see https://www.piggingoutonsundays.com/2019/04/hard-rock-cafe.html ), it was logical to assume they would go back to their former turf in Glorietta. Return they did!
Visit the Rock Shop on the ground floor. Climb up the Lava Stairs or the red lighted staircase that opens up to the 621 sq meter 225 seater dining area where guests are greeted by Hard Rock Cafe slogans such as Take Time To Be Kind, Save The Planet, All is One, and Love All, Serve All.
Note how the dining area is sectioned ito the Rita Ora area, Madonna Area, Back Street Boys corner and Justine Timberlake zone

Think hard core dishes to rock your appetite! Hard Rock Cafe’s New Global Menu debuts on February 24 at its branch at Conrad S’ Maison and its newly inaugurated branch in Glorietta 3.
The Legendary Burger, Hickory Smoked Ribs, Strawberry Basil Lemonade, the popular Mango Tango and Pinoy favorites like Sisig will still be there in addition to the new exciting dishes
Last Thursday, we tried and enjoyed Hard Rock Cafe’s Spinach and Artichoke Dip, a silky blend of romano and cheddar cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts with crispy tortilla chips and house made pico de gallo.
Loved how the pico de gallo cut through the richness of the Spinach and Artichoke dip. 
People who are health conscious would love Hard Rock Cafe’s California-Style Cobb Salad. Thoroughly enjoyed each mouthful of the grilled chicken, avocado, roasted corn, black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, pomegranate sees and toasted pepitas on a bed of fresh mixed greens in a creamy ranch dressing. Healthy and delicious, I can finish an order all by myself sans any guilt.
Do try Hard Rock Cafe’s Three Cheese & Roma Tomato Flatbread with mozzarella, Monterey Jack,cheddar cheese, roma tomatoes, fresh basil drizzled with cilantro pesto.
Truffle Mushroom Pasta is a must try too. Shitake mushroom, tartufata, garlic, onion, cream , truffle oil and parmesan cheese. What’s not to love?
Love clams? Order Spicy Vongole Pasta! Think fresh tomatoes, garlic, onion, celery, white wine, chili flakes and lemon juice
Of course you can not leave Hard Rock Cafe without trying their new 24 Karat Gold Leaf Burger. That premium grade beef burger topped with 24 karat edible gold leaf with American Cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion is definitely a golden experience one must definitely try.
Note that Hard Rock Cafe’s beverage menu is bigger and something to look forward to with exciting additions like Rockin Fresh Rita, Tropical Margarita (patron silver tequila with fresh fruit flavors and cointreau liqueur), Rhythm and Rose Mule (Absolute Vodka and Rose’ wine-based drink with ginger beer) Black Berry Sparkling Sangria (red wine wiht fresh flavours of blackberries, cranberryjuice, squeeze of orange and Proseco) , Espresso Maritini ( a richly sweet combo of Grey Goose Vodka, Kahlua and freshbrewed espresso), Classic Carribean Mojito (Bacardi Superior rum, mint, lime juice and sparkling soda, Anejo floater and powdered sugar sprinkle) and Sparkling Blue Hawaiian (Malibu coconut rum and Absolut Citron Vodka-based with Blue Curacao)
Other fruity drinks include the Banana Berry Colada (Malibu coconut rum, Bacardi Black, fresh banana, Monin strawberry annd coconut cream) Passion Fruit Mai Tai (a Tiki classic invented in the 1940s in California) and the Rock House Rum Punch (Bacardi Superior Rum,Bacardi Black, tropical juices and ginger beer)
Cookies & Cream Milk Shake and Hot Fudge Milk Shake were a delight too! 
Check out the rock and roll memorabilia that dominate the walls. Note the famous rock music icons, autographed guitars, world tour costumes and rare photographs that were purchased from auctions all over the world
