From 100 seating capacity , this branch of Wild flour ballooned to as much as 2x its size since its renovation a few months back. We were there for lunch yesterday, as usual on the prowl for a new restaurant to pig out in. Our family of 5 was incomplete. Bunso had a school activity while the 82 year old pa in law sat this one out to have lunch with the brother in law’s family. The place was packed mostly with expats… 
Had the menu been streamlined a bit or am I imagining things? The tenor of the place was still casual albeit rustic and new york(y) with red bricks, wood , black and white tiled floors . A huge open kitchen commands attention seeming to be on an island on its own albeit still approachable with the absence of any doors and the see thru glass as walls. There are actually 4 areas: 1. “Ground Floor ” — what you see when you enter the door. To your left is the Farmacy , cashier, restroom and the baked goodies. Per the server, this area can seat 40 people at least. 2. Kitchen – which is the focal point upon entering the restaurant. A huge area sans any door. It looked inviting enough for me to step in and take pics haha 
3. “2nd floor ” – where the old area of Wild Flour used to be. It is just a little elevated like two steps. You will find what I call the chef’s table or a private room for 12 people. 
4. “Patio” – is the area outside which can seat a max of 100 people per the server I spoke with The place is jumping. Service is fast and attentive. The smell of fresh bread and pastries make the mouth water, we just had to up and see what is freshly baked. 
A plethora of baked goodies was near the cashier giving off a feel of a bountiful dessert buffet. This bread-person was just overwhelmed with all the choices at my fingertips. I want to scoop them all up and bring them home haha. Anyway, we ordered the following :

Omg, I have forgotten how good the salads are at Wild Flour. This one is even better than the others I have tried before. I love everything about it. The chunks of tuna were fresh. The couscous were a delight . I have never tried white couscous little balls before…

Overall…
We are happy that Wild Flour is back in this part of the metro. It is a favorite branch of the family more so now that it is bigger and more spacious than before. But I noticed it is pricier now than before.
Our bill amounted to almost P4,000 for the 5 of us (with drinks each and a take home box to boot)
Looking forward to trying out the new items in their menu.
I hope they still have their sale daily on selected pastries from 7 pm onwards.
