Its been a while since I visited an Early Bird restaurant. Been craving for their scrumptious all day breakfast fare. It will be my first time here in its Robinsons Manila branch. My palate cant wait to reconnect with their dishes….

Good lord its not enough that the bacon was already rich and sinful by its crispy self, it had to be battered and deep fried for good measure. I am not complaining though. It was so good huhu. Think thicker bacon chips. Early Bird was already two steps ahead of us. They also sell these chicharon goodies in tetra pack so you can take home and indulge to your heart’s content
Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Roasted Tomato Soup P395
Love that Grilled Cheese tower. The presentation was indeed ultimate. Gruyere, cheddar , mozzarella are the magic words. For its price, the portion was generous.Can be shared by two

Coconut coated shrimps gave a new spin on the classic favorite Eggs Benedict. Poached eggs and hollandaise sauce with toasted English muffins….yum!

Risotto fans would love this Truffle Bacon Cheddar variant. Think sauteed bacon, fresh mushrooms and cheddar.
Chorizo Mushroom Risotto P420
A richer and more sinful kind of Risotto with the inclusion of Spanish risotto. Loved how the mushroom provided an earthy flavor to the dish.
Yin and Yang Champorado P275
Glammed up version of our well-loved champorado using dark belgian chocolate and white belgian chocolate in lieu of tablea. Served with dilis instead of the more familiar tuyo.
Banana Foster Crepe P175
A fitting ending to a satisfying meal. Flambeed bananan in warm buttery sauce topped with vanilla ice cream and slivers of almond. What’s not to love?
Overall…
This breakfast person is rarin to go another round at the nearest Early Bird Breakfast Club. I love the plethora of choices available at one’s fingertips.
Looking forward to trying them all as a regular patron.
