– Trevor MacKenzie, Mango Tree Global Managing Director
Sensitive to the different preferences diners have nowadays, Mango Tree’s menu has been given a major re-fresh addressing the individual tastes of their foodies.
The Purist Menu is for those diners who appreciate the classic and the traditional tastes of Thai cuisine.

Crispy Rice Crackers with Thai Relishes
This miniscule circles of rice crackers amazed with their burst of flavors. Be wary of the one with the brownish-green topping. Do not let their bland appearance fool you. They were scrumptious but very hot as well. My tongue was on fire, haha

Tangmoo Goong Haeng
Watermelon Salad with Dried Shrimp Floss
Talk about refreshing! The watermelon was red, juicy and sweet marrying well with the dry, savory shrimp floss. What a perfect contrast in flavor and texture. I shall order this again

Steamed Chilean Black Mussels in Tom Yum
Those mussels were fat, plump and fresh, I can eat one order of this by myself. Yep definitely not sharing haha

Grilled US Pork Collar
Tender and juicy with crunchy crackling for texture. What’s not to love? Rice please.

Stir-fried Crab in Curry Sauce
Phad Phong Ka Ree
So simple yet packs a lot of complex flavor. This is one of my most favorite dish in the menu. Crab meat was generous. No shortcuts there. Curry was divine. Just a bit of a kick but tolerable. I highly recommend this dish

Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Crab Meat
Again the portion of crab meat was generous. Rice noodles were delicious. I dont mind carbo loading with this

Stir-fried Lady Finger Okra
Amazing how green and fresh the Okra were. My eyes were immediately sold to the dish. The palate was another thing however. I do not like Okra. I never liked the vegetable. Why? One word – slimy. Mango Tree’s Stir Fried Lady Finger Okra made a convert out of me. Buying okra now and replicating this dish at home
